This year, Honda is bringing us new 2016 Honda HR-V. This sporty crossover, with dynamic design and great fuel efficiency, will join the market very soon.

Honda has high hope when it comes to their new model. We are promised a lot of exciting changes and new features. New 2016 Honda HR-V will be based on Japanese Honda Vezel, and with that, it will have a lot of similar features. One example will be a recognizable exterior. However, the front of the new HR-V will be renewed. It will feature small grille, sloped hood, and headlights that will be equipped with LED technology. It will use a set of 17-inch alloy wheels. Both from the back and the front, new Honda will have a dynamic and elegant look. Interior will also feature fresh and sporty design with a lot of soft touch materials. The cabin will be larger and able to comfortably accommodate up to 5 passengers. It will feature a lot of high-tech and safety features such as 7-inch touchscreen display, GPS navigation, automatic air conditioning, heated front seats, and many more.

Honda will probably only offer one engine option with their new model. This will be a 1.8-liter inline 4 engine. It will be capable of delivering 140 horsepower and around 132 lb-ft of torque. This engine will be paired with CVT gearbox. Both front wheel drive and all-wheel drive will be offered. This is the same engine that can be found on the Honda Civic, so we can already assume that the new 2016 Honda HR-V will provide a great, smooth performance. Honda also promises that we will witness improved fuel economy with the new HR-V. There are rumors that say that Honda might offer a hybrid model. This will most likely be a 1.5-liter unit from Honda Vezel.
