Third generation of Hyundai’s compact crossover is ready to take on the market. New 2016 Hyundai Tucson comes in larger size and a more attractive design.


New model comes with slightly larger dimensions and features a more aggressive design. Both front and back side of the vehicle are redesigned and come with some exciting improvements. Hexagonal grille is revised while the new headlights come with the LED technology. Hyundai offers a couple of options for the engine of the new 2016 Hyundai Tucson. The first option is a 2.0-liter inline-4 engine that is capable of delivering 164 horsepower and 151 lb-ft of torque. It is paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission and comes with either a front-wheel drive or the all-wheel drive system. Fuel economy ratings for this unit are at 23 mpg for the city drive and 29 mpg on the highway for the front-wheel drive, while for the all-wheel drive system they will be at 21 mpg in the city and 25 mpg on the highway. This engine comes with a SE trim, while the Eco, Sport and Limited trims come with a 1.6-liter turbocharged inline-4 engine. This unit is able to produce 175 horsepower and 195 lb-ft of torque and comes with a 7-speed automatic gearbox.
