Highly anticipated 2016 Land Rover LR4 will soon be coming to the market with many great changes and updates, both on the exterior and on the interior.
EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR
This popular full-size SUV comes as a perfect combination of comfort and functionality. Thanks to the many styling improvements, new model comes with a modern and fresh look. It will come with a set of 19-inch alloy wheels. The weight of the vehicle will be reduced, improving its fuel consumption and the overall performance. Some of the changes that will be visible on the exterior include a bigger grille, redesigned bumper, and a new pair of LED headlights that will offer a better visibility during night rides. The cabin of the new 2016 Land Rover LR4 will be spacious and comfortable. It comes in two versions: one that accommodates up to 5 passengers and one that is able to seat 7 passengers. Seats will be covered in leather and will come with a heating option. Amongst many technological features that will be included will be a touch screen display, Bluetooth connectivity, voice recognition capability, rear view camera, and dual-zone automatic climate control.
2016 LAND ROVER LR4 ENGINE
Another great change will be seen under the hood of the new model. This generation of LR4 will get a more efficient engine that will be capable of providing a great performance on all types of terrains. Previous V8 engine will now be replaced with a 3.0-liter V6 engine that will be able to produce up to 340 horsepower and 331 lb-ft of torque. It will be paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission system and come with a FWD Terrain Response. New 2016 Land Rover LR4 will be able to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in around 7.7 seconds while the top speed will be at 121 mph. Fuel economy ratings will now be at 14 mpg for the city drive and 19 mpg on the highway.
RELEASE DATE AND EXPECTED PRICE
Although the official release date of the new 2016 Land Rover LR4 is still unknown, new model will most likely hit the market at the end of 2015 or at the beginning of 2016. Its price tag is expected to be around $55,000.
