When it comes to the small vehicles, Mazda unmistakably makes a great competitor. This time, we will be presented with new and updated 2016 Mazda 2.
2016 MAZDA 2 CHANGES AND IMPROVEMENTS
New 2016 Mazda 2, known as Mazda Demio, will come with many renewed features, both inside and outside. One of the changes will be a brand new platform. New Mazda will be using a platform derived from the platform of the CX5. This will include bigger interior, new engine and new running gear. Mazda 2 is based on the Hazumi Concept and is featuring Kodo design language. New model will have a more aggressive and stylish look. It comes with a larger front grille and redesigned LED headlights. Back bumper will also be revised. With increased size and updated taillights, it will be more noticeable. Not only will the new Mazda have a longer wheelbase but it will also be taller than the previous model. New model uses 16 inch alloy wheels. The interior will also reveal some impressive changes. Although this is a small family car, the cabin is spacious and comfortable. When it comes to the seats, there will be two options. Cloth and plastic seats will be offered with a base model, while higher trim levels will have leather seats. New Mazda comes with many helpful features such as Bluetooth, airbags, GPS navigation, stability control, and many more.

New Mazda already made its debut last October at the 2014 Paris Auto Show and it is expected to hit the US market this summer. Compared to the current model, we can expect a slight increase in price. New 2016 Mazda 2 is expected to cost under $14,000, which will still be a fair price comparing to its competitors.
