2016 Mitsubishi Outlander Review and Specs

Mitsubishi’s well known model will undergo a lot of updates and changes that will make the new 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander a great mid-size crossover.


New Outlander will get a complete facelift and will introduce a lot of new features. This will give the new model more modern and stylish look and hopefully make it more marketable. The exterior will feature many new details. The front of the vehicle will be raised and it will get a fresh and elegant look. It will feature a redesigned grille with large air vents, and a new bumper. Headlights will be equipped with the latest LED technology. New Outlander will use the set of 18 inch alloy wheels. Attractive and modern design will be continued to the interior of the new model. The cabin of the new 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander will be bigger, with more leg space. A lot of high-quality materials will be seen all throughout the cabin. Seats will be covered in leather and will come with a heating option for the front seats. Mitsubishi will incorporate a lot of modern, high-tech features that will make the new model more user-friendly. Some of those features will include Bluetooth connectivity, LCD display, satellite navigation, USB ports, audio system and many more.

New Mitsubishi will be equipped a 2.0 liter 4-cylinder engine. It will be able to generate 147 horsepower and up to 177 lb-ft of torque. Hybrid version of the new 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander will also be available. This will be a 1.6 liter 4-cylinder engine. It will come with the all-wheel drive and will be able to drive around 40 miles with a fully charged battery. New model will be able to achieve the speed of 60 mph in about 8 seconds. Fuel efficiency will be excellent with this version, while still being able to produce around 60 kW.

When it comes to the official release date of the new 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander, it is still unknown. However, we can expect to see this great crossover on the market before the end of 2015. The price is expected to be in the range of $40,000 to $50,000.
