This long awaited iconic model needs no introduction. New 2017 Ford Mustang is coming with its classy design and features some modern technological updates.
EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR
In terms of the design, there will not be any huge changes but we will certainly see some smaller improvements that will make the new model even more attractive. Elegant look will also be achieved through black and white color combination. Some of the changes that will be visible from the outside include a redesigned grille, revised front bumper, heat extracting hood, wider air vents, and quad-tip exhaust pipes. Stylish design will be continued to the interior of the new 2017 Ford Mustang. The cabin will be spacious and able to provide its passengers with a comfortable and enjoyable ride. Seats will be covered in leather, which will contribute to the luxurious feel of the cabin. Features like traction control system, anti theft system, and power windows, will ensure the higher level of safety of the new Mustang.
2017 FORD MUSTANG ENGINE
As always, Ford will not disappoint with the engine of their new model. There will most likely be three options offered. The base model will be equipped with a 3.7-liter V6 engine that will be capable of delivering 300 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque. The second engine choice will be a 2.3-liter 4-cylinder EcoBoost engine. This unit will be able to produce 310 horsepower and up to 320 lb-ft of torque. Another engine option for the new 2017 Ford Mustang will be a powerful 5.0-liter V8 engine that will deliver up to 435 horsepower and around 400 lb-ft of torque. These engines will likely be paired with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission systems. Fuel economy is also expected to be improved, but the official fuel ratings will be known closer to the release date.
RELEASE DATE AND EXPECTED PRICE
Ford has not yet announced the release date of the new 2017 Ford Mustang. However, new model will probably hit the market in the second half of 2016. When it comes to its price, it is expected to start at around $23,000 and go up to $40,000 for the higher trim level.
